Carrier Finder by TCH Providers · Last updated: October 2026
Carrier Finder (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a sales tool operated by TCH Providers at tchproviders.com. It helps freight brokers and dispatch teams find carriers, contact them, and track their follow-ups. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is protected.
Information we use
- Account information. Your name, work email address, role and sign-in details, which your administrator creates for you.
- Your activity in the app. Statuses, notes, call-back times, and a history of actions such as calls, emails, copies and exports, so you and your administrator can review the day’s work.
- Carrier information. Business details such as company name, MC and USDOT numbers, address, phone, email and safety and insurance records. This comes from public FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) data sources.
Connecting your email
You can choose to connect your own email so the app can send the one-click emails you request.
- Google account. If you connect Gmail, the app asks Google for permission to send email on your behalf and to see your email address and name. We use this permission only to send the messages you click “send” on. We do not read, list, search, store or share the contents of your mailbox, and we do not use Google data for advertising.
- Company email. If you connect a company mailbox with its mail server details and password, the password is stored encrypted on our server. It is used only to send the emails you ask the app to send. It is never shown back to you or to other users.
- You can disconnect your email at any time in Settings. For Google, you can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- To provide the app’s features: carrier search, outreach, status tracking, reports and support.
- To keep accounts secure, for example by limiting each account to one registered device.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) using encrypted connections. Access is restricted by user role, so employees see their own work and administrators see the team’s activity. Email connection secrets are stored encrypted and can only be used by our sending service.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and activity data while your account is active. To request deletion of your data or account, email support@tchproviders.com. Disconnecting your email removes the stored connection.
Your choices
You can review, correct or delete your information by contacting us, and you can disconnect your email at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
