These terms apply to your use of Carrier Finder by TCH Providers (“the app”) at tchproviders.com. By signing in, you agree to them.
Accounts
Accounts are created by an administrator and are for the named person only. Keep your password private, and use the app from the device registered to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for lawful business outreach to carriers and brokers, in line with laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act and telephone marketing rules that apply to you.
- Do not send spam, misleading or abusive messages, and do not use the app to harass anyone.
- Do not copy, resell or share the app’s data outside your organization, and do not try to bypass access controls or usage limits.
Your email connection
When you connect an email account, you authorize the app to send messages you request from that address. You are responsible for the content you send. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
Data sources
Carrier information comes from public government sources, mainly FMCSA, and may be incomplete, delayed or out of date. Verify important details before relying on them.
Availability
We work to keep the app available, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TCH Providers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on carrier data.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access for misuse of the app or breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
